This was born out of experimentation as a component for our Rosé. Turns out that Cabernet Sauvignon and Gewurtztraminer are a wonderful match when co-fermented! They were co-fermented in open vats for about 10 days and then pressed off and into neutral barrels, where they sat aging undisturbed for 18 months. Indigenous yeast, unfined, unfiltered, nothing added or taken away except 25ppm sulphur. This is a light, fragrant red wine. Think spring in a bottle, blossoms, herbs, wild berries.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs have risen drastically in recent years and it is becoming more difficult for us to offer free or low shipping rates. We apologize if the rates appear expensive. We are trying to keep the prices as low as we can. These prices are about half what it costs us.
British Columbia: $20 flat rate (3 bottle minimum).
Canada-wide (excluding Newfoundland, Labrador, and the Territories): $45 flat rate
Notes: Wine may not be available for remote areas, and additional fees may apply (we recommend contacting us prior to ordering to arrange it).
Shipping Policy:

We use temperature controlled shipping to ensure the wines arrive safely.
We recommend having the wine shipped to a business address whenever possible as wine deliveries typically occur during business hours and must be signed for.
We will be working hard to get your orders to you as soon as possible. We are a very small team so it may take us up to a week to prepare all the orders for shipment.
Storage: Wines can be sensitive to warm temperatures. Please store in a cool and dark place (10-15 degrees C).
