These vintage wines have been sitting in our cellar for years, and because we do not filter or fine them, there is some sediment that has settled in bottle. We recommend storing them upright in the fridge prior to drinking and decanting them ahead, even through a sieve, if you prefer a clearer wine. For aging, we suggest storing the wines at cool, cellar temperatures (10-15 degrees Celsius) for best long term results.
