NV Rosé
NV Rosé
The previous cold winter led to full crop losses and forced us to think creatively about how to make wine last harvest. Out of chaos comes opportunity… this “Non-Vintage” Rosé consists of a variety of Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Syrah, and Cabernet, from the 2022 and 2023 vintages, plus some 2024 Dornfelder from the Fraser Valley and Epicure from Comox Valley. The Dornfelder was made through carbonic maceration in qvevri and the Epicure was on the skins for 14 days. Candied berries, fresh raspberries, blossoms, touch of salt and savouriness. Nothing taken away or added except 20ppm sulphur for stability. Unfiltered, Unfined.
11% all/vol. Drink Chilled.
