NV Rosé
Non-vintage (NV) blend of 2021 and 2022. The grapes come from four distinct “appellations”: Naramata, Oliver, Osoyoos, and the Similkameen Valley. Comprised of Cab Sauv rosé (8 hours on the skins), Cab Sauv and Gewurtztraminer co-ferment, skin contact Pinot Gris, Muscat, and Riesling, on the skins for 7-14 days, and in a variety of vessels (open top vats, qvevri, neutral barrels, and a small amount of stainless steel). While it can be more hectic at harvest, having many varieties, fermentation methods and vessels gives a larger “toolkit” to work with. This is a darker rosé. Herbaceous and floral like our previous vintages, but with the addition of the older ’21 vintage, there’s a little more body and texture, and a slight savouriness that has started to develop. Nothing taken or added except 15ppm sulphur. 12.5% alcohol.

Shipping costs have risen drastically in recent years and it is becoming more difficult for us to offer free or low shipping rates. We apologize if the rates appear expensive. We are trying to keep the prices as low as we can. These prices are about half what it costs us.
British Columbia: $20 flat rate (3 bottle minimum).
Canada-wide (excluding Newfoundland, Labrador, and the Territories): $45 flat rate

We use temperature controlled shipping to ensure the wines arrive safely.
We recommend having the wine shipped to a business address whenever possible as wine deliveries typically occur during business hours and must be signed for.
We will be working hard to get your orders to you as soon as possible. We are a very small team so it may take us up to a week to prepare all the orders for shipment.
Storage: Wines can be sensitive to warm temperatures. Please store in a cool and dark place (10-15 degrees C).
